Donation Request Policy

Anyone requesting financial donation or sponsorship is required to propose a breakdown of total revenues and expenses. Priorities are considered toward two provincial affiliates: Calgary Association of the Deaf and Edmonton Association of the Deaf for their endeavours.

The request is to be submitted prior to the board meeting dates: three times each year (September, February and May).

The AAD Board has the authority to review and consider such request for approval based on the mandate of the organization.
